Trou-aux-Biches : embauche de 450 employés en cours
Avec la progression du travail sur le chantier du Trou-aux-Biches Resort & Spa au coût de Rs 3,5 milliards d’investissements, un calendrier de travail serré en matière de recrutements et de stages de perfectionnement a été élaboré. Ainsi, d’ici au 4 avril prochain, les jeunes ou encore les initiés aux métiers de l’hôtellerie peuvent faire acte de candidature pour se joindre à l’équipe (en voie d’être reconstituée) pour reprendre l’aventure au Trou-aux-Biches Resort & Spa.
Pour les besoins de ce recrutement, la New Mauritius Hotels Limited ne lésine pas sur les moyens, avec notamment des actes de candidature en ligne en accédant à l’adresse suivante sur internet, trouauxbichesjob.mu, ou encore en se rendant au desk spécialement aménagé à l’hôtel Trou-aux-Biches. Les responsables de ce groupe hôtelier misent sur l’embauche de 450 nouveaux employés en sus des membres du personnel existant et redéployés entretemps dans d’autres établissements du groupe.
Avec le ” processing ” des demandes d’emploi et le choix des candidats, les programmes de formation et de perfectionnement, qui s’étaleront sur au moins quatre mois, devront démarrer en juin prochain.
Des possibilités de carrière existent dans les différents corps de métier de l’hôtellerie en l’occurrence, les départements de Food & Beverage (F&B), de maintenance, d’accueil, d’hébergement, du Spa et autres activités sportives et de loisirs. En marge de la réouverture du nouvel établissement hôtelier, le groupe Beachcomber a déjà enclenché des programmes de formation professionnelle dans ce secteur avec également le démarrage d’un programme d’apprentissage sous l’égide de la Beachcomber Training Academy depuis juillet dernier ; avec à la clé la possibilité pour les stagiaires de postuler pour faire partie du personnel du Trou-aux-Biches Resort & Spa.
Pour étoffer son personnel, le groupe Beachcomber pourra s’appuyer sur les programmes de formation qu’a initiés la Fondation Espoir et Développement, qui a touché quelque 300 jeunes habitant le nord de l’île. Ce cours est entièrement financé par la Fondation Espoir et Développement, avec la participation d’animateurs venant de la Beachcomber Training Academy et du Projet Employabilité Jeunes (PEJ). Ceux qui compléteront avec succès le programme seront éventuellement recrutés par le Trou-aux-Biches Resort & Spa.
Le site web du groupe Beachcomber consacré au programme de recrutement pour le ” Trou-aux-Biches nouveau ” fait un survol des conditions d’emploi, dont des avantages avec système de participation aux profits, d’un fonds de pension, des facilités de prêt logement et d’une assurance-maladie. ” Introduit en 1997, le système de participation aux profits permet aux employés de bénéficier de la croissance et des profits de la compagnie. En décembre 2009, les employés des hôtels Beachcomber ont reçu dans le cadre du Profit Sharing Scheme, un boni de productivité équivalant à 1,9 mois de leur salaire de base mensuel, en plus du treizième mois prescrit par l’Etat “, lit-on sur le site internet du groupe.
Un des points d’orgue du Trou-aux-Biches Resort & Spa, demeure le HR Centre, le centre de ressources humaines moderne et spacieux doté d’infrastructures et d’un matériel dernier cri et présenté comme ” le premier complexe du genre à Maurice dans le secteur hôtelier “. Le HR Centre devra être opérationnel à compter du mois d’août prochain.
Le centre, couvrant une superficie de plus de 4 000 m2, comprendra un restaurant pour le personnel, une cuisine, des vestiaires pour hommes et dames, un espace pour les uniformes, une zone multimédia, une salle de détente, un jardin intérieur et une réception.
Survol de ce nouveau Centre de ressources humaines.
Les employés pourront prendre avantage des facilités de détente et de loisirs dans la zone multimédia, qui sera dotée d’une dizaine d’ordinateurs avec des facilités d’accès à l’Internet, d’un poste de télévision et d’un coin de lecture. Les jeux de société y sont également prévus.
