But numbers alone do not make CRS Europe's leading reggae festival, our mixture of Bavarian Gemütlichkeit, high expectations and legendary parties have propelled us to the top.
You will find our gorgeous festival site sitting at the base of the Chiemgau Alps. Despite its considerable size our festival is very compact and easily navigated by our visitors. Like in the past, the 14th Chiemsee Reggae Summer will take place from the 22nd to the 24th of August and is packed with an excellent line-up of over 60 bands, Dj's and Soundsystems. Holding with tradition you are going to find an exciting mix of international stars, newcomers, insider tips, old friends and a few bands which you would not necessarily expect to run into at a reggae festival. We are very proud of our globally unrivaled concept, which includes a roundtrip train ticket and local shuttle-bus system in the entrance ticket.
